Berkshire Wedding Photography
 

From time to time as a photographer you get asked if you are available to photograph alongside another photographer at a wedding. Just before Christmas I was asked by Neil Palmer, a Reading Wedding Photographer if I could assist.

Neil is a photographer I’ve followed since I first discovered his work so it was a fantastic opportunity to see how one of the top rated WPJA photographers worked.

Helen and Simon got married in a beautiful 17th Century church in Aldermaston and had their reception close by. Being in December you can never be sure of the weather but we were all blessed with clear blue skies and glorious sunset.

Helen and Simon had arranged a surprise entertainers for their guests and used Opera on the Run. Having been to a fair few wedding receptions this was the first time I’d seen such a novel idea executed so well. They had 2 planted waiters and a hidden guess spontaneously bursting into song during the meal, it was a treat to watch!
